Our 2026 programs

We believe healing happens through creativity, movement, and connection. Our therapeutic groups help clients reduce stress, build confidence, and foster relationships through expressive arts therapy.

Cool, Calm and Creative

Ages 10 to 136 weeks, Summer 2026

A dynamic, arts-based group that helps pre-teens build confidence, manage stress, and strengthen social connections in a fun, creative environment.

What you'll explore

How stress shows up in the body

Calming tools like breathing and mindfulness

A personalized Worry Tool Box of take-home supports

Regulate and Create

Ages 14 to 166 weeks, Summer 2026

A creative arts group that helps teens explore anxiety, social connection, and identity in a supportive space, building tools for nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, self-compassion, and goal setting, and working toward a final integrated art piece.

The Art of Adulting

Ages 17 to 196 weeks, Summer 2026

An arts-based support group for young people navigating the social, emotional, and identity shifts of stepping into adulthood. Participants build real-world skills for managing stress, communicating emotions, strengthening self-esteem, deepening connections, and setting goals. No art experience needed.

Your nervous system and stress responses

Naming and communicating emotions with confidence

Challenging negative self-talk

Strengthening support systems

Leadership, self-advocacy, and goal setting

A final creative piece

Discover Calm: Yoga and Journaling

Ages 18 and up6 weeks, Summer 2026

A gentle group for adults of all levels where yoga, journaling, and mindfulness come together to support well-being. Practice yoga, breathing, and guided meditation, explore emotions through journaling and movement, and learn practical coping skills.

All groups are structured psychotherapy groups led by licensed clinicians and are billable through insurance. Families are responsible for any copay, deductible, or coinsurance required by their plan. An intake session is required before enrollment to ensure a good clinical fit.
