How it works
When you send a new client inquiry, our care team reviews your information and matches you with a therapist whose expertise and schedule fit your needs. Because we do this thoughtfully, it can take a little time, but it is worth it. We ask clients to commit to a few sessions before deciding whether to continue, since trust and comfort grow over time.

Insurance and billing
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, WellSense, Carelon, and United Healthcare or Optum.
We do not accept MBHP or Medicare, and we do not bill secondary insurance.
Out-of-network receipts are available on request, and a limited number of sliding-scale spots are available, so please ask. An intake session is required before enrolling.
